Summary: The present study aims to examine the public health policies in the STD/Aids program Insert the subject of body practices/physical Activity practices for people living with HIV, in order to meet the principle of completeness of the SUS. To the extent that the provision of bodily practices are organised decentrally, to take care to observe the dynamics of implementation, we have selected three cases were in three different models: from Vitoria, Sao Paulo and Natal. Means the present work as a qualitative research. The realization of the research took place in stages, namely: bibliographical, documentary and insert data collection in field to interview with the managers, and finally the analysis of data collected, through the technique of content analysis (BARDIN, 2009). As a result of the data analysis for the semi-structured interviews, evidence that the subject participants of this study recognizes the importance of bodily practices/AF for people living with HIV/Aids (PLWHA), but not all are characterized as being essential to your offer within a Specialized service (SAE). Other axes we found in talking about the subject and guided the analysis were the themes of decentralization, intersectoral approach and social participation.
